Larkspur Builders Inc. brings over 40 years of experience, practice, and skill working on high-end residential projects. We have taken all that we have learned and absorbed from our collective history in the industry and put that into the foundation of our company.

Our mission is to offer a streamlined, sophisticated, and intelligent process to the construction experience and, most importantly, make it easier and more trustworthy for our clients. Thorough, effective planning during pre-construction is essential for a successful, enjoyable construction process. PRECON includes evaluation of existing conditions, comprehensive estimating and budgeting, assembling the project team, material availability and suitability, project permits and inspections, and project communication.

Whenever possible, we suggest deconstruction rather than demolition. Deconstruction is a much more sustainable method that reuses and preserves demolished elements, enabling the use and recycling of old materials.

Overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from commencement to completion. Includes coordination and supervision of all trades, quality and budget control, project management, scheduling and phasing, risk management, and insurance.

We take special care to ensure your home is delivered as expected and ready to enjoy. Pre-move-in cleaning, product manuals, system operations instructions, emergency shutdown procedures, care, cleaning and maintenance requirements, and warranty documentation are provided to the client as part of our closeout package.

Our team grew up in the trades and spent time in the trenches, from foundations to framing to finish. What we’ve learned and what we know helps guide our process of assembling an amazing team; We have a group of the most considerate, caring, and compassionate individuals who are exceptional carpenters and craftsmen. Our collective team understands the importance of working closely with our clients to ensure that their vision is brought to life, and our clients appreciate both the talent and kindness of the people we bring into their homes.

PRESIDENT
This is my life. I grew up in the trades, taking the school bus to my fathers job-sites to help clean up at the end of the day. A broom was soon swapped for a shovel and then a hammer. A full time employee during the summers at 13 years old, a foreman at 18 years old, and a life long devotee shortly thereafter.
I became a builder, and I found a true love for construction. I love the process - from inception into production and finally to completion. We strive for perfection and always attempt to implement the best of the design that we are given.

LEAD PROJECT MANAGER
I have been immersed in construction for over 20 years. First by contributing to the success of my father's company as a journeyman carpenter; building homes, condo buildings, and subdivisions. I then moved on to Project Management in commercial construction before finding my way back to residential. I enjoy working on complex, challenging projects and specialize in high-end home remodeling and construction.
