SAN FRANCISCO VICTORIAN

This gorgeous grand Victorian in Pacific Heights was built in 1885 and suffered more than a few unfortunate remodels. LBI worked closely with Interior Designer Emilie Munroe to implement her creative design and unify and restore finishes. Our renovation consisted of reconfiguring room layouts on the top floor and restoring three fireplace hearths and surrounds. Our team installed new cabinetry, counters, and plumbing fixtures throughout. Freshly painted rooms, vibrant wallpaper, and colorful, layered finishes showcase a unique and delightful home while offering the serenity of cozy spots to relax and unwind.
