2025 DECORATOR SHOWCASE
Built in 1902, this Pacific Heights home was constructed as three separate flats all in the Tudor Revival style. In 2009, it was completely transformed into a classically inspired manse. In 2025, it has been transformed yet again for the San Francisco Decorator Showcase.
Located on the third floor is the primary suite. Lauren Berry mixed quiet luxury with material precision, adding custom details like marble casting, plaster walls and a free-standing poured resin see-through tub that stuns in an amber hue. The seamless and curb-less shower features full-height marble slabs with dark grey veining, accented by strategically placed LED lighting and custom niches.
Making your way down the steps you’ll find yourself at the foyer, designed by Jon de la Cruz. Officially titled, Rock, Paper, Scissors, it explores the “intersection of materiality and movement.” This space includes a custom stair runner and a statement custom light fixture that cascades down the cutout in the main stair through each floor.
