NOE VALLEY VICTORIAN

Located in Noe Valley with an up-sloping lot lies the Noe Valley Victorian. This home’s scope includes an entirely new landscaped backyard, hot tub, and sauna. Due to the home's configuration and narrow lot, there was no easy way to deliver a 3000-lb hot tub and 2000-lb sauna from the street. Overcoming this challenge meant closing down the street for a day and delivering the hot tub, sauna by a 220-ton crane along with yards of dirt and plants through the house.

Other highlights include newly installed Ketra lighting, fireplaces as well as custom stone surrounds and cabinetry.
